Ben Buckler Boards Pty Ltd (“BB”) supplies awesome products that are made to excite, not rip people off. BB’s goal is to ensure all customers are extremely happy with their purchase.

Warranty - Pando Moto Motorcycle Apparel

Pando Moto motorcycle apparel has a 24 month warranty on manufacturing faults. This warranty covers the product for the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. 

It does not cover normal wear and tear. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use (marks from rubbing on points of a motorcycle, general deterioration of the materials and fabrics after repetitive motion over time and fading of the color).

Warranty - Apparel & Safety Gear

All other apparel and safety gear, (not Pando Moto or Thousand) have a 1 year warranty on manufacturing faults.


Pre-Order Refund Policy 

Pre-orders assist BB in financing the importation of pre-ordered products. BB cannot control the timing of importation. Change of mind refunds can only be accommodated once the pre-ordered products have arrived at BB for processing in Australia.

If you feel that your pre-order jeopardises your ability to continue to pay living costs while you wait for your product to arrive, we recommend you do not pre-order for our products. 


Change of Mind Refund Policy 

When BB refunds for change of mind, the transaction fees charged at the original purchase are not refunded to BBB, so we need to pass on those transactions fees, which range from 2.5% for PayPal to 5% for Zip and 6% + $0.30 + GST for Afterpay.

We will also need to deduct the freight costs associated with sending the original order and returning the product to us.

Once a product is returned for Change of Mind, we will assess the product and make sure it is fit for resale, before we refund the difference between the original order amount and the transactions fees plus freight costs incurred.

 

Layby Refund Policy 

Layby purchases that are not completed will incur a fee equivalent to 10% of your deposits. We will deduct this from your refund. When we are asked to Layby a product we incur storage costs, admin costs and forgo sale opportunities to hold your item until you are ready.

 

Returns and Exchanges

We'll happily exchange your product for a size that fits better.

Please don't send batteries to us via Aus Post. We need to organise road freight for lithium batteries, so please contact our team for advice. 

 

Satisfaction Guarantee for online purchases

BB are so certain you’ll love your new board, that we offer a 7 day money back guarantee! If for some reason you are not satisfied, just return your board within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll refund 100% of your purchase price (less shipping costs). Just contact BB for advice before shipping your board back.

Your product will need to be in brand new condition and unused, so that we can resell it. If the product being returned to BB differs from what was sent or shows any signs of use BB will advise the customer and refund only the market value of the product.

PLEASE NOTE: If you purchased our board through a retailer, not directly through Ben Buckler Boards, you will need to consult the place of purchase for their return policy. We cannot authorise refunds on behalf of our retailers, but we will of course do everything we can to assist you.

When returning products, please include all factory packaging and accessories in the same way you received them. All merchandise must be shipped via a professional freight agent and the package must have the board owners details on it. The freight must be paid by the board owner.

The satisfaction guarantee is not available for in-store purchases where you have had the opportunity to touch and test ride the product.

The meaning of Satisfaction Guarantee, refers to whether a 'product is as advertised' and/or 'meets quality expectations'.

BBB adheres to and supports the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) laws and guidelines in Australia.
